The artists exhibiting are all inspired by the weird and the wonderful throughout history. From classical mythology to eastern European folk, from medieval marginalia to global symbolism, their work draws on diverse historical sources to bring an intriguing, eclectic and utterly charming group show to Green & Stone. The work on display will be a cabinet of curiosities – a delightful mix of satirical ceramics, whimsical collages, large-scale mythological paintings and miniature medieval paintings.
