All selected two-dimensional works must be framed upon delivery to the Gallery.
The Work must be framed in a simple, neutral-coloured frame (white, black or light oak or similar). If you would like to frame your work in something different, please email thegallery@greenandstone.com to check your choice.
Only simple white and off-white (not cream) mounts are acceptable. If selected work arrives mounted in a coloured, black or elaborate mount, this will be changed at the expense of the artist.
Float mounts are accepted as long as they abide by the colours above.
Metal, glass and perspex clip frames are not acceptable.
Glazed Works with unprotected glass edges are inadmissible.
Diffused picture glass is unacceptable.
Framing of works is the artist's responsibility and must be carried out before submission.
All works must be exhibition-ready. Suitable hanging fixtures should be supplied, sufficient to carry the weight of the work. We accept D-rings and wire. We do not accept mirror plates.
Artists are reminded that it is highly recommended that the exhibiting artists be insured by a reputable insurance company for their works of art for their market value.
The Gallery is at liberty to change any frame delivered to the Gallery if it does not abide by these terms. This will be at the expense of the artist. Before payment is required, the Gallery will contact the artist.

Please shoot the Work in natural light on a light background making sure you show all edges of the Work.
The images you submit will be the final images used for the online catalogue — please make sure they are accurate and high-quality photos.
Submission of low-quality, incorrectly taken photographs may lead to the Work being excluded from the judging.
Editing of images will lead to immediate disqualification of the Work. -
Selected and Non-Selected artists will be notified via email on the 14th December 2024.
All selections shall be made by Green & Stone as it sees fit at its sole discretion. All works will be judged anonymously, and there will be no segregation by country, genre or style etc. No feedback will be provided to successful or unsuccessful applicants.

Works should be delivered unwrapped with forms and labels. Please complete all labels carefully and attach them to the Works. In particular, please attach labels to the back of picture frames and to the bottom of sculptures. The exhibition catalogue is compiled from the information on the form you provide when you submit digitally so please complete it accurately.
Artists are responsible for insuring their own work. All works accepted for exhibition will be displayed entirely at the artists' risk and organisers and the gallery will not accept liability for loss or damage occurring during the exhibition.
Upon delivery of the Work, the Artist must provide their card details (Card Number, Expiry Date, CVS code). This is a precautionary measure taken by the Gallery to ensure the Artist collects their work should it remain unsold at the end of the Exhibition. -
Any unsold artwork must be collected between the 16th and 19th of February 2025 during opening hours, 10 am - 5 pm. These are the ONLY days that Works can be collected from Green & Stone.
Please ensure arrangements are made for your Work to be collected on the specified days. Please note that we cannot wrap Works for collection. If you pay for an entry and then realise you cannot make these dates you will NOT receive a refund.
Any uncollected Works will be removed from Green & Stone after the collection days and stored by an independent courier company at the artist's expense. The Gallery can give no information or warranty as to storage charges made by any other company.
If the Works are not collected or claimed by, or on behalf of, the relevant artist within 3 months of the last collection day, Green & Stone will be entitled to destroy, sell, or otherwise dispose of the Works without consent and without prior notification to the artist. The artist hereby agrees that it will not be entitled to any compensation due to the aforementioned destruction, sale or disposal of the Works by Green & Stone per this clause. -
Work selected for exhibition must be for sale. The commission is charged by the Gallery. It will be assumed that the sale price includes the cost of any frame and our commission. Please allow for these points when pricing your work.
Green & Stone will charge a 35% commission on the total price paid for:
Works; commissioned Works; and any copyright in and to such Works sold or licensed; before, during, or as a result of an exhibition managed by Green & Stone.
Once work has been submitted to Green & Stone, any sale affected by Green & Stone before or during the course of the exhibition shall take precedence and supersede one made privately. Any private sale will incur the normal commission.
The price of Works stated must include the commission of 35%. If the artist of the Works is registered for VAT, then the VAT due on the selling price of the Works should be included in the price entered on the form.
The price for the Works provided is the catalogue selling price and is the price that the Works must be sold. This price can only be changed by prior written agreement between Green & Stone and the artist of the relevant Works. Green & Stone reserves the right to query the price of Works. -
Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting.
