'Atmosphere and the Still Life' with Elena Stogneva
In this workshop tutor Elena Stogneva will instruct how to compose your own distinctive still life, considering both objective representation and the mood of the interior space in which it is painted. Demonstrating her technique of applying pure, abstract colour washes, attendants will learn to imbue form and vitality into the inanimate. This session will also explore the artists palette in theory to produce colour harmonies. The session will begin with a series of short exercises, after which you'll create a final sketch reflecting your unique style and expression.
