Artist Statement

Jiho Kim (b.2005 in Korea, Seoul) is a Korean artist and high school student at Idyllwild Arts in California who mainly paints hyperrealism in oil on canvas. Her main theme is her personal story, which is about emotion, memory, and belief. She creates a representative image of the situation using a figure's pose and facial expression.
